Our Mission

The Flagstaff Symphony Association is dedicated to providing exceptional orchestral performances and music education programs that inspire, enrich, and engage the diverse communities of Northern Arizona.

Founded in 1950, we have grown from a small community ensemble to a fully professional orchestra comprised of 75+ musicians, performing a diverse repertoire from classical masterpieces to contemporary works.

Our conductor

Meet Our Conductor

Maestro Robert Wilson has led the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra since 2010, bringing a dynamic energy and artistic vision that has elevated the orchestra to new heights.

With degrees from Juilliard and the University of Michigan, Maestro Wilson has conducted orchestras across North America and Europe, earning praise for his interpretations of both classical and contemporary works.
